Grüner Veltliner
Wine description
Fragrant and fruity notes. Medium-bodied, drinkable and lively style. Refreshing acidity. Drinking pleasure without alcohol.
Manufacture
To get as close as possible to the characteristic taste of non-alcoholic drinks, classic wines are used as the basis. The alcohol is then removed from these wines using an induced vacuum. The advantage of this process is that the wine aroma is particularly well preserved due to the short time and low temperature at which the process takes place.
Alcohol content
< 0.5 % vol.
Drinking temperature and storage
8-10 degrees, 1-2 years, best enjoyed young.
